Depression and its cure

Papa had drilled this long back into my head, you will only get what you deserve, and not what you desire. and HE knows what you deserve. Its so easy to lose faith in Him when things dont go your way. How easy it is for me to just see the here and now and not be grounded in reality. Why do i not see the bigger picture. The mind has to be trained to see the bigger picture. I have to have faith in my Lord. How is it possible that He will EVER let me down. Be patient with your life. Sometimes the test of faith is through different means. Be sure that he is there to guide you. For all you know there is something better in store for you. BUT the mind should listen also. Ats tells me time is the biggest healer. And the positive freak that I am, my mind will come to terms with this too. Move on Mr. Bhatia, life is too short to sit and crib. You are insulting your own Gurus by getting depressed. Remember what Swami Mitrananda said - DONT ever ever get depressed in life. You have so many choices in front of you. Think what is best for you, then analyse the obstacles to your goal and in your mind, REMOVE the obstacles. This is what is the best thing for your. Be calm and composed. Think about the future which lies ahead. Never Never Never give up on yourself. NEVER!!! You are the ultimate energy. When one door closes, the other one opens. WAIT for it to open. Patience is a virture which you have to develop. When you go to Delhi tomorrow, whats going to happen you dont know, but you have put your faith in the Lord and are going ahead with that faith na. In the same way, for everthing in life, just surrender to his will. Remember you are only the instrument. De-stress your mind. Chill.
Writing this has been a stress buster of sorts. When you read this again later it will act as a guide for you.
How do I feel now. ELATED - 32000 feet above the ground in the plane...hehehe. On a serious note - Success is inevitable. Never give up on yourself and keep the faith. This is the way to be. Some things you can't change. Accept, absorb and move on! Darne ka nahi.
